有種朋友，係有季節之分。講緊嘅係冬菇同臘腸，一到冬天佢哋特別好朋友，加隻雞就更和味。呢個冬天就三人行，20分鐘搞掂，齊齊有你便暖！材料： 1. 雞件 約300克 2. 尚正頂級天白花菇 (5-6cm) 3粒 3. 錦祥號特瘦鮮肉腸皇 2條 4. 薑蓉 少許 5. 蔥段 （裝飾用） 雞件醃料： 1. 豉油 2湯匙 2. 糖 1.5茶匙 3. 紹興酒 1茶匙 4. 生粉 1.5茶匙 5. 麻油 少許 做法： 1. 將雞件洗淨抹乾，加入醃料醃最少30分鐘。 2. 冬菇浸軟身後切絲 3. 臘腸切片 4. 將臘腸片、冬菇絲與雞件拌勻，平舖碟上，再灑上薑蓉，隔水蒸約9-10分鐘。（視乎雞件厚度，可自行調較烹煮時間。） 5. 上碟前灑上蔥段，開飯！ 小貼士： 臘腸同冬菇呢類乾貨，一定要好好保存，以免受潮。密密實實嘅煮食家食物盒（900ML x 2）就係不二之選。台灣製造，防漏密封，採用食品級PP（聚炳烯）材質製造，不含BPA、不含有毒物質。 .

Direct Vent fireplaces are efficient and safe alternatives to traditional gas and wood burning fireplaces. They don’t require a traditional brick chimney but instead, use a completely sealed venting system to pull fresh outside air into the firebox for combustion while simultaneously exhausting combustion gases outside of the home.
